Stars use the crotch as a crutch in the public eye

Alright, this is getting ridiculous. First, it was Tiger. Now Jesse James? “I’m a sex addict” is the new go to excuse for celebrities when they cheat on their wives. Good try boys but no one believes you. I’ll never understand people who cheat. Seriously, how hard is it to be faithful to someone? Let me put it in simpler terms. You’re not a sex addict; you’re a jerk. Stop with the excuses.

You cheated and you got caught. Man up. You don’t need sex rehab; you need to be single. If you don’t want to be in a committed relationship, don’t be. It’s that simple. No one is holding a gun to your head saying, “Marry me or die.” Trust me, I’m sure Academy Award Winner Sandra Bullock and former part-time model Elin Nordegren Woods won’t have a hard time finding someone who actually wants to remain faithful to them.

Now, I know there are certainly some people who are in fact sex addicts. I get that. However, these men who are in the spotlight use it as an excuse to make people feel sympathetic towards them. Please. Jesse James and Tiger Woods should be embarrassed. They’re using an issue hurting others to their advantage. I’m so tired of hearing about it.

Every time I turn on the television, it’s the same thing: Either a new mistress claims she has had an affair with Jesse James or woman number 30 came forward claiming she had sexual relations with Tiger Woods. Enough already. Now, let’s not forget about the women here. First and foremost, it’s not their fault. I don’t care what anyone says, there is no excuse for cheating.

Second, props to Sandra Bullock. Days after learning about her husband’s infidelity, she packed her bags and moved out. From what I’ve heard, she’s filing for divorce. Good for her. You don’t need a man who makes you feel like less of a woman.As for Elin Woods, what is she doing? Your husband cheated on you with not one, not two but more than 13 women. Are you kidding me? Have a little self respect. She is using herself as a doormat. Tiger’s wife may receive a huge check seven years from now but, from now on, she’ll get labeled as the woman her husband walked all over.

It makes her look like a fool. How do you think her kids are going to feel ten years from now when they realize daddy treated mommy like crap and was really a millionaire who thought the sanctity of marriage didn’t apply to him. Great role model. And again, I know people stay together for their kids but, to be honest, had my dad ever cheated on my mother, I’d tell her to walk right out of his life.

And for the record, not all men are cheaters. That much is clear. There are plenty of women who have probably cheated on their husbands or boyfriends too. But at the moment, it’s men like Woods and James who are crying out “sex addict” rather than admitting their mistakes. Rich and famous or your average Joe, once you’re a cheater, you’re always a cheater.
