Andrew Meyer is not a hero and it's not his fault. The University of Florida student who was Tasered at a John Kerry speech is nothing but another victim. Meyer asked Senator Kerry some tough questions rooted in conspiracy theory. Why did Kerry concede the 2004 election amidst widespread allegations of voting irregularities? Did Kerry even want to be president? Why not impeach George Bush before he got a chance to invade Iran? And was Kerry a member of the same secret society as Bush when the two were in college? Apparently, that's what it takes to get arrested at a Kerry debate.…

Dorm room dynamics key for comfort
As an only child, I've never been expected to share a room with anyone. As a youngster I remember always having ample space to spread out all my Sesame Street toys and Pokemon cards, covering the floor to the point where no carpet was able to be seen. Even in later years, I've thrown my clothes and CDs literally everywhere and left them wherever they land for ridiculous amounts of time and never had to worry.…

To the Editors: The new roundabout at Main and Winchester Streets creates a wonderful new public space. It is a magnificent plot of green in a sea of asphalt and forest of traffic signs. It is a space that begs for some sort of comment. Fine people are advocating a "peace pole" be erected there.…
