In their final regular season game, the Keene State College Owls shocked the Division III women's basketball world as they defeated the sixth ranked team in the country, the University of Southern Maine Huskies, 62-50. NCAA to implement trial drug testing program

Keene State College has applied to be part of an NCAA Division III year-round drug testing pilot program beginning in the fall, said KSC Athletic Director John Ratliff. Senior Dan Burtis went from hauling equipment to taking jump shots with the Keene State College men's basketball team in warm-ups on Feb. 17.
